WHY OWLS?   

The 82 fabulous owls have been on display all summer. The Roman Baths temple, built in 1AD, was dedicated to Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisdom, whose symbol was the owl. Minerva's owl of wisdom can be seen carved into the Temple pediment displayed at the Roman Baths Museum.  

WARUM SO VIELE EULEN IN DER STADT?  

82 Eulen waren in der Stadt im Sommer zu entdecken. Der Tempel der römischen Badeanstalt war der römischen WeisheiTgöttin Minerva gewidmet, deren Symbol eine Eule war.

 KODĖL PO MIESTĄ SKRAIDĖ PELĖDOS?   

Net 82 pelėdos skraidė po miestą visą vasarą! Kodėl pelėdos? Pasirodo, romėnų maudyklių šventovė buvo skirta romėnų išminties deivei Minervai, kurios simbolis - pelėda
